MONDAY – During a chance encounter in Marana, Arizona Matt Jolley (Host of Warbird Radio LIVE) was introduced to Arizona Airframe’s Richard Barter.  Inside the Arizona Airframe hangar the world’s “soon to be” only flying Lockheed Vega (Y1C-12) is undergoing restoration.  Surprisingly the Vega is progressing quickly and hopes are up that she’ll fly sometime next year.
