Ralph is a long time member of the Commemorative Air Force, the  Lone Star Flight Museum, the International Council of Airshows,  as well as the founder of the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame.  He is a warbird pilot, holding an unlimited piston power letter from the FAA.

Ralph is known far and wide in the airshow industry and is at the forefront of airshow and aviation safety training.  He has been doing airshows for more than 20 years. He makes sure the show runs on-time and with the utmost safety.

WARBIRD RADIO – The Vietnam War Flight Museum’s founder, Rick Sharpe joins us on the Texas Warbird Report. This museum is dedicated to educating the public about the service and sacrifice to the United States by the veterans of the Vietnam War.

Rick flies a wide variety of aircraft including the “Fire Eaters” A-26 from the movie Always, A-1D Skyraider, MIG 21, UH-1V Huey and one of the few privately owned  AH-1 Cobras. Rick also flies WWII aircraft and Vietnam era jets for the Collings Foundation.

txwbr lsfm copyWARBIRD RADIO – Larry Gregory of the Lone Star Flight Museum joins The Texas Warbird Report to tell us about the exciting new plans for the museum’s move to Ellington Field in Houston, Texas.  This museum is home to one of the finest collections of restored aircraft and aviation exhibits in the nation., including flying WWII Aircraft and the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame.
Erik Johnston from “The Walkaround” will also join  Zane on the show tonight.  Erik has been diligently working in the North Texas area to capture unique video Walkaround tours of interesting warbirds and vintage aircraft narrated by their crews and veterans.

Mid American Flight Museum – The Texas Warbird Report – 9pm (EASTERN)

TexasWarbirdReport-SkyKingWARBIRD RADIO – Scott Glover from the Mid American Flight Museum joins Zane Adams on the next Texas Warbird Report – Tuesday 1/27/15 at 9pm (EASTERN).  Scott and his Mt. Pleasant based museum has been quietly building and impressive collection of warbirds and other vintage aircraft over the last few years.

The collection includes a B-25 (the former Pacific Prowler), an A-26 and the centerpiece C-47 “Sky King”, a WWII combat veteran of Operations Overlord and Market Garden.  Join us for a peek into this new and growing north Texas museum.
