    Two great fillers, Aepoxy Sculpt, and Vallejo Plastic putty. Aepoxy Sculpt is awesome for resin kits, or to do a lot of filling. Also your able to work it with water to smooth it. The Vallejo putty is very thin and is good for filling after you have a seam open up on a wing join. It too cleans up with water.
