Tour The Museum of Avaition’s Exhibit: The Shadow War: The USAF and Unknown Heroes of Vietnam

Vietnam Hangar - The Museum of Aviation

WARBIRD RADIO – The Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, Georgia is working hard to complete it’s new exhibit the The Shadow War:  The USAF and the Unknown Heroes of Vietnam.  The new exhibit is housed in it’s own hangar, dedicated entirely to the veterans of the Vietnam War.  Inside visitors are immersed in period music and life size dioramas depicting a Vietnam era USAF air base.

Restoration experts at the Museum of Aviation will soon move their F-105 into the exhibit.  Currently the F-105 restoration is being completed out of site from visitors in the restoration area.  Once on display the F-105 will join the F-4 and numerous other aircraft used in the Vietnam War.  For more information on the Museum of Aviation and the new Shadow War exhibit…just click on the Quick Link posted below.
