Funny the Mustang Pilot said he was stationed in Blythe where I was Borne in 1949! Cool.
Patton trained his Men North of Blythe California! When We were kids we went out in the Desert and found 50 Cal Live Rounds. Also lots of Brass and Machine Gut Belts and things! Not a lot to do down there then!
